In these terms and conditions (Terms), “we” “us” and “our” refers to Kickz101 Webstore Pty Ltd (trading as Kickz101). A reference to "you", "your" or "purchaser/s" means a user of this Website who may also purchase products using this Website (Website). Your access to and use of all information on the Website as well as the purchase of our product/s is provided pursuant to the Terms. The Terms apply to all users of the Website and by using the Website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Whilst the Website can be viewed by the general public, all persons who purchase products from us must elect to have products sent to an Australian postal address.

Consumer Guarantees
All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. All transactions are processed in AUD.
Payment for Orders
Payment options include VISA, Mastercard or direct deposit. We only accept Australian issued credit cards. The credit card holder must be either the billing or shipping recipient.
Shipping
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 business days (unless otherwise stated on the product page). If there is an anticipated delay in dispatching your order, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible via the email address provided. During peak sale times such as Black Friday, dispatch can take up to 4 business days.
Once the courier has received your order, delivery timeframes will be at their discretion and we are unable to control external factors related to their delivery process — keep an eye on the tracking link emailed to you for the latest updates.

Exchanges/Returns
We have a 30-day return policy for change-of-mind purchases.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging (if applicable). You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, the cost of shipping for change-of-mind returns must be paid by the customer.

If you’ve ordered the incorrect size/item, you will need to send the item back at your expense for a refund (not including original shipping costs), and place a new order for the correct item, as we don’t offer direct exchanges.
To begin the return process, please contact us at team@kickz101.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and release the funds.

Faulty/Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@iathletic.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, so that we can solve the issue for you promptly.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalised items). We will also inspect your item to make sure it’s in reasonable condition upon return. If it is not, your return won’t be approved and you will be responsible for paying shipping to have the item sent back to you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Order Cancellation Due To Error or Unavailability
Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar genuine mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant transaction and offer the product to you again at the correct price and/or with the correct information. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited. Where a product is out of stock or is temporarily unavailable, we will endeavor to dispatch the product as soon as practical after we receive it from our distributors. Where a product becomes permanently unavailable, we will cancel the relevant order and where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited. We will attempt to contact you to let you know before this is to occur.

Kickz101 Webstore is dedicated to keeping your details private. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all. Kickz101 Webstore uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Kickz101 Webstore only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.

Kickz101 Webstore payments are processed on servers with a 128 bit SSL certificate.  As well, Kickz101 Webstore's ecommerce hosting and software is Level 1 PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant.
